Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in order fulfillment or customer-facing roles.
• Basic logistics knowledge and understanding of commercial practices.
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage customers and internal teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of make-to-order projects and create BOMs.
• Communicate project status, changes, and issues to stakeholders.
• Manage revenue recognition and invoicing expectations.
• Coordinate delivery and ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate project status in SAP.
• Engage in a structured onboarding process.
• Limited travel primarily within the APAC region.
• Demonstrate commitment to zero harm behaviors.
