• Strong knowledge of the bag or garment industry and factory order management.
• Familiar with foreign trade processes, regulations, and the full export cycle.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English with strong business communication.

Responsibilities

• Sales Planning: Develop and update demand forecasts for assigned brands and ensure implementation.
• Capacity Planning: Assist the Planning Manager with annual capacity planning and adjust production plans.
• Delivery Planning: Coordinate with customers and PMC to ensure on-time delivery and share feasible action plans.
• Inventory Management: Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory with continuous follow-up and analysis.
• Overall Coordination: Coordinate with three global locations and handle tasks assigned by the superior.
