Job summary

PT Formosa Bag Indonesia is seeking a skilled Planning professional to develop demand forecasts across brands and manage production schedules to meet demand. • Strong knowledge of the bag or garment industry and factory order management.
• Familiar with foreign trade processes, regulations, and export cycles.
• Able to provide customized services based on market and customer needs and to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with international and domestic customers.
• Strong written and verbal business communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Sales Planning: Develop and update annual/monthly/weekly demand forecasts for assigned brands and implement actions for targets.
• Capacity Planning: Assist with annual capacity planning, coordinate demand meetings, adjust production plans, and manage work orders.
• Delivery Planning: Coordinate with customers and PMC to ensure on-time delivery and prepare feasible action plans.
• Inventory Management: Monitor raw materials and finished goods and analyze special situations.
• Overall Coordination: Coordinate with three global locations and handle tasks from the supervisor.

Job description

Sales Planning. Develop and update annual/monthly/weekly demand forecasts, including raw materials, for assigned customer brands and ensure implementation. Analyze weekly KPI data and implement action plans for unmet targets.

Capacity Planning. Assist the Planning Manager with annual capacity planning, coordinate demand comparison meetings, adjust production plans, and manage work orders to ensure production meets demand.

Delivery Planning. Coordinate with customers and PMC to ensure on-time delivery. Analyze abnormal orders, update order summaries, and prepare and share feasible action plans.

Inventory Management. Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory, with continuous follow-up and analysis for special situations.

Overall Coordination. Coordinate with three global locations and handle coordination tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of the bag or garment industry and factory order management.

Familiar with foreign trade processes, regulations, and the full export cycle. Able to provide customized services based on market and customer needs, achieve sales targets, and identify new opportunities.

Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with international/domestic customers and maintain strong relationships.

Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills, able to resolve various issues and work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient order execution.

Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal business communication and negotiation skills.
