Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (written & spoken).
• Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, SAP2000/ETABS; MS Project/Primavera & MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage arrival/departure of ships; regulate port movements and loading/unloading.
• Provide facilities and safety procedures for ships, cargo and workers.
• Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Develop and mentor team members through coaching and guidance.
