Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Order Support Analyst to manage end-to-end order processing and logistics coordination in Batam. You will handle order entries, coordinate with project teams, and ensure accurate shipping documentation in line with Incoterms and L/C where applicable.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in order management or logistics, experience with CSI or similar ERP, and strong MS Office skills. Domestic relocation is not available; onsite five days a week in Batam.

Qualifications

• Requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in order management, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., CSI or similar) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders and enter order details into the CSI system.
• Coordinate with Batam project teams to ensure on-time production and delivery against PO dates.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with Incoterms and L/C requirements.
• Arrange shipments with freight forwarders and verify export documentation for invoicing.
• Support tender teams by estimating freight charges for quotations.
