Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in order management, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Office; familiarity with international shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders and enter order details into the CSI system.
• Process and issue intercompany purchase orders to Batam operations.
• Monitor order progress and ensure alignment with delivery timelines.
