Job summary

BDP International, a PSA Group company, is seeking an experienced analyst to support Ocean Export Services improvements and cost decisions. You will analyze operations data, generate reports, and propose actionable solutions to enhance efficiency while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years in freight forwarding or supply chain, strong Excel skills, and solid English; Korean/Japanese language skills are a plus, and you should be

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4–5 years of operational experience in freight forwarding or supply chain in MNC.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with external customers and internal PSA BDP teams.
• Lead engagement with customer suppliers and business groups.
• Lead weekly virtual meetings with customers and vendors.
• Perform business and process analysis using internal systems and external sources.
• Produce reports and graphics for internal and external customers.
• Lead implementation and onboarding of new sites/BUs.
• Ensure import/export regulatory compliance.
