Job summary

Asia Pulp and Paper Group (APP) is seeking a supply chain professional to manage Order to Delivery (O2D) processes and ensure timely fulfillment across manufacturing and logistics teams. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis using SAP and Excel and close collaboration with sales, warehouse, and planning functions.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of supply chain experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in supply chain (Order to Delivery/O2D) within manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics.
• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related background.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel, including data management, logical functions, and Pivot Tables (intermediate to advanced).
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the end-to-end Order to Delivery (O2D) process to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure order accuracy through consistent validation and control of incoming orders.
• Monitor inventory and cargo stock levels, and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant teams when issues arise.
• Track and drive OTIF (On Time In Full) performance across deliveries.
• Ensure order intake and dispatch targets are achieved.
• Prepare data analysis and regular performance reports using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, warehouse, logistics, and planning) to resolve order and delivery issues.
