Job summary

Asian Assistance (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking an International Medical Coordinator to support worldwide customers with emergency medical requests.

You will answer inquiries in English, coordinate referrals, arrange medical transport, and maintain accurate medical records to ensure timely, safe care. The role requires strong English communication, computer skills with MS Office, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• MD or Nursing degree and relevant professional registration.
• 3–5 years clinical experience in Emergency/ICU or medical transport is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer medical inquiries in English via e-mail and phone promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with worldwide customers and service providers and ensure service meets guidelines.
• Obtain, maintain and update medical information and files in database.
• Daily medical case management with monitoring and reporting.
• Consult with in-house doctors for medical guidance on complex files and arrange transport domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate referrals and arrange medical transport by air, sea, and ground under supervision.
• Utilise management; audit and screen medical invoices.
• Review medical information and provide medical opinions to travel & service team.
• Assist with medical training and guidance for the travel & service team.
• Participate in relevant projects as required by supervisor.
• Able to work in shifts, weekends, public holidays.
