Job summary

Sephora SEA is seeking a Global Database Specialist to execute global master data activities, ensuring data quality and compliance by applying global standards, performing validations, supporting UAT, and aiding BPO with quality reviews and issue resolution. Qualifications

• Two-year higher education diploma.
• At least 1 year working in a Shared Service Centre of an international company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Great analytical skills and curiosity to learn.
• Rigorous and well-organized.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP is mandatory; material data management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute global master data activities under guidance of Global Master Data Specialist Lead.
• Ensure high quality, compliant master data by applying global standards and validations.
• Support UAT and assist BPO on quality reviews and issue resolution.
• Perform master data creations of regional novelties, non-sellable items and suppliers via ticketing system.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to data quality monitoring.
• Analyze duplicates, incorrect entries and incomplete data.
• Contribute to the Global MD SSC Playbook documentation and updates.
