Job summary

Sephora Indonesia is seeking a Global Database Lead Specialist to drive global master data operations from the Shared Service Center. You will own data models, standards, and partner with BPO teams to ensure data quality across regions.

In this role you will lead UAT, data cleansing, and migrations, while supporting SAP/MDM enhancements and release cycles to enable seamless master data management across Sephora's international operations.

Qualifications

• Two-year higher education diploma is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead global master data operations within SSC.
• Own global master data models and standards.
• Coordinate BPO activities for BAUs and projects (cleansing, UAT, migrations).
• Assist data quality initiatives with dashboards and processes.
• Support local enhancements (e.g., SAP/MDM platform) and participate in release cycles.
