Job summary

Universal Music Group, Jakarta, is seeking an Assistant Manager, International Marketing, to develop and execute marketing plans for new releases and catalogues. You will work with regional/global teams, artists, finance and sales to craft strategies and campaigns for Indonesia, tracking performance and ROI.

The role requires a marketing degree, up to 2 years' experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Music Business, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate or experience up to 2 years is preferred.
• Possess good analytical skills, problem solving, team player, entrepreneurship.
• Strong verbal and written English communications skills.
• Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus the ability to quickly learn and work with new systems and software.
• Have a strong drive to learn new things.
• Good attitude and integrity are a must.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of marketing plans for artist releases and campaigns.
• Execute marketing plans with alignment to P&L and business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and review campaign performance to provide insights for marketing decision-making.
• Manage marketing campaign assets.
• Help build and maintain positive working relationships with artists and key stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating artist promotions across digital and non-digital channels, including online and on-the-ground activities.
• Liaise with media partners and agencies to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
