Job summary

VCI is seeking an International Business Assistant Manager / Manager in Jakarta to build networks in target countries and drive market development. You will analyze market conditions, identify buyers, and prepare proposals with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include guiding third parties, monitoring marketing implementations, coordinating with traders and distributors, and ensuring all agreements are legally approved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or Marketing.
• Minimum 4 years of international business experience.
• Minimum 4 years in Sales/Marketing Consumer Goods (prefer Personal Care industry).
• Strong business development, coaching & team development skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.

• Monitor alignment between Rolling Forecast (ROFO) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Ensure all activities have legally approved agreements from the legal department.
