Responsibilities

• Penetrate international and regional markets and develop new customers.
• Manage customers, distribution channels, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote and sell HVAC products (AHU, Chillers, VRF) within TICA Group range.
• Formulate and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Assess risk on sales orders and ensure timely payments.
• Participate in exhibitions and organize product trainings for customers and distributors.
• Collect sales data and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
