Job summary

Hamesha Studio is seeking a General Manager to drive strategic leadership and operational excellence across production, sales, HR, finance, and innovation. You will balance high-level strategy with hands-on efficiency, guiding the studio toward expansion, international partnerships, and global exposure.

You will oversee 14+ craft departments, optimize end-to-end processes, and lead department heads while ensuring profitability and cultural alignment with the company vision.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience (7-10+ years) in creative or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong business acumen across operations, finance, and people.
• Experience with ERP systems; Odoo preferred.
• Excellent English; additional Bahasa Indonesia, French, or Russian is a plus.
• Track record of scaling operations and building high-performance teams.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, cross-cultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate the company's vision into clear annual goals and actionable strategies.
• Oversee expansion plans, including infrastructure growth and international partnerships.
• Lead cross-departmental alignment to achieve sales, marketing, and production targets.
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations across craft departments, retail, digital, and B2B channels.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost structures with the finance team.
• Foster a collaborative, ethical, and performance-driven culture.
• Represent the company in meetings with investors, partners, and key clients.
