PT Gistex Garmen Indonesia, a garment manufacturing company in Bandung, seeks a Marketing Manager with strong experience to drive business growth and expand relationships with international buyers. The role involves strategizing marketing efforts, negotiating terms, and collaborating across departments to meet customer requirements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, conduct market analysis, and develop plans to increase orders while maintaining strong customer partnerships and brand presence

Formación

• Minimum 5-7 years in marketing, sales, or business development in garment manufacturing.
• Experience with international buyers, brands, or global sourcing.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for growth.
• Identify opportunities and build relationships with international brands and buyers.
• Strengthen existing buyer partnerships for long-term collaborations.
• Lead pricing, capacity, and terms negotiations.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, PPIC, Costing to meet customer needs.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends and competition.
• Develop sales forecasts and strategic customer plans.
• Expand the customer portfolio and increase order volume.
• Provide regular performance reports to management.
• Represent the company in buyer meetings and negotiations.
