PT Gistex Garmen Indonesia in Bandung is seeking a detail-oriented Garment Merchandiser to manage orders from development through production and shipment.

You will coordinate with international buyers, review BOMs and technical packages, and ensure milestones, quality, and cost targets are met. Strong English writing and Excel skills are required for tracking and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Merchandiser in garment manufacturing.
• Good understanding of garment product development, technical packages, fabric, trims, and garment construction.
• Familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOM), Time and Action (T&A) planning, sample approval, and order management.
• Experience communicating with international buyers is preferred.
• Good command of English, particularly in written communication and professional email correspondence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and merchandising documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage merchandising activities throughout the entire order lifecycle, from product development and sampling to production and shipment.
• Communicate directly with buyers regarding product specifications, sample approvals, order requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare, monitor, and update Time and Action (T&A) plans to ensure all critical milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate closely with Sample, Purchasing, Fabric, Trims, PPIC, Production, and Quality Assurance departments.
• Monitor fabric and trim availability to ensure production readiness and prevent delays.
• Review technical packages, Bills of Materials (BOM), and buyer specifications to ensure accurate order execution.
• Follow up on sample development, approval processes, production progress, and shipment schedules.
• Identify potential order delays and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate merchandising documentation, order tracking records, and progress reports.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between buyers and internal departments.

PT Gistex Garmen Indonesia is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Garment Merchandiser to manage and coordinate garment orders from product development through production and shipment.

The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining effective communication with international buyers and ensuring that every order meets the required quality, specifications, cost, and delivery timeline.

Key Responsibilities

Manage merchandising activities throughout the entire order lifecycle, from product development and sampling to production and shipment.

Communicate directly with buyers regarding product specifications, sample approvals, order requirements, and delivery schedules.

Prepare, monitor, and update Time and Action (T&A) plans to ensure all critical milestones are achieved.

Coordinate closely with Sample, Purchasing, Fabric, Trims, PPIC, Production, and Quality Assurance departments.
