Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking an EXIM Purchasing Staff for a Japanese automotive manufacturer in Cikarang. You will source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable delivery terms, and quality, and you will create and monitor purchase orders through the procurement system.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business English proficiency, at least 3 years in EXIM & Purchasing in Japanese automotive manufacturers, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Business level English.
• 3+ years EXIM & Purchasing in Japanese automotive manufacturing companies.
• Experience with EXIM procedures, customs regulations, HS codes, B/L, COO.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for pricing, terms, and quality.
• Create, issue, and monitor purchase orders in the procurement system.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth shipments.
• Prepare import/export documentation (B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO).
• Monitor pricing, freight costs, and currency exchange rates for cost-effective purchasing.
• Maintain long-term supplier relationships and ensure timely material delivery.
• Investigate and resolve shipment delays and discrepancies.
