Responsibilities

• Handle daily general affairs and office administration activities.
• Coordinate with building management, vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Support company events, meetings, business trips, and other internal activities.
• Arrange transportation, accommodation, and other logistics when required.
• Assist with employee administration, including attendance and leave.
• Ensure the office environment is safe, clean, organized, and comfortable.
• Perform other administrative and GA tasks assigned by management.
