Job summary

PointStar (PSGC) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ERP project engagements and drive successful delivery across APAC SME accounts. You will shape project scope, plans, and governance while influencing decision makers and building trusted advisor relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience; 3+ years in project management on ERP/Oracle NetSuite preferred.
• Strong track record delivering ERP projects and managing structured development methods.
• Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills; nearshore experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, flexible, multitasking and reliable to deliver on time in fast-paced env.
• Outstanding organization, leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Bachelor/MBA or equivalent business experience.
• Experience with multiple commercial models including T&M, FP and outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ERP project engagements.
• Oversee initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing of projects.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and support Account Manager for updates and growth.
• Define and mature project scope, create management plans, and schedule activities.
• Set deadlines, allocate responsibilities and monitor progress.
• Analyze variances and trends to improve processes.
• Ensure timely project delivery and proactive client communication.
• Formally terminate projects and hand over to operations.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
