PointStar is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead ERP project engagements and drive end-to-end delivery across client projects in Indonesia.

You will collaborate with Account Management, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure timely project execution while supporting growth initiatives. Travel to client locations is required, and a minimum of 10 years of experience with ERP/NetSuite is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of working experience including 3 years of hands-on project management experience.
• ERP Projects experience, Oracle Netsuite preferred.
• Experience with structured development methodologies and standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills; nearshore teams experience preferable.
• Self-motivated, flexible, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, CS and Technology, MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Experience with presales, contracting & management under multiple commercial models (T&M, FP, outsourcing).

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage ERP Project Engagement.
• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close a project.
• Provide inputs to Account Manager for implementation updates and assist with account growth.
• Define and mature project scope, develop PM plan, identify and schedule activities.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress.
• Compare actual performance with planned performance, analyze variances, assess trends.
• Ensure team delivers the project on time and provide timely reminders with client and internal teams.
• Formally terminate a project and transfer the completed product to operations.
• Travel to Customer Locations within company locations.
