Job summary

PS Global Consulting seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead ERP project engagements and client relationships across APAC SMEs. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, influence decision makers, and act as a trusted advisor to align strategy, culture, timelines and budgets.

You will work with global design, development, and technology teams, delivering hands-on leadership to mature project scope and ensure timely, successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of working experience including 3 years in hands-on project management.
• Demonstrated track record of successful ERP project management, Oracle Netsuite preferred.
• Experience with structured development methodologies and standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills; nearshore teamwork is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA; multi-model contracting experience (T&M, FP, outsourcing) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ERP project engagements.
• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and support account growth.
• Define and mature project scope, create PM plans, and schedule activities.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
• Ensure project delivery on time and inform updates to Account Manager.
• Travel to customer locations within company locations as needed.
• Terminate projects formally and transition to operations.
