Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations, sales support, account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident communicating with international customers.
• Pays attention to details and makes sure information is accurate before communicating it to customers.
• Professional in presentations representing the company.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for customers and represent the company in a professional, confident, and polished manner.
• Follow up and monitor customer projects, samples, orders, and development activities from start to completion.
• Provide customers with clear, accurate, and timely updates.
• Identify potential delays or problems early and elevate them to the relevant person or management.
• Ensure customer requests, specifications, and feedback are properly communicated and followed internally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communication, project status, and follow-up actions.
• Support customer visits, meetings, presentations, and factory visits when required.
