Com2uS Indonesia is seeking a Creative and communicative Community Manager to grow and engage gaming communities across platforms. You will craft content plans, manage live streaming, and collaborate with creators and partners to drive player experience and events.

The role requires strong English communication, 2+ years in community-related roles, and a passion for mobile games. This is a dynamic position offering growth and exposure to global teams.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English with strong written English and regular communication with regional and global teams.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Community Management, Social Media, Content Creation, or related fields.
• Able and accustomed to playing various types of mobile games.
• Experience managing platforms such as Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop gaming communities across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Discord, etc.).
• Create and execute content plans and calendars regularly.
• Write, manage, and publish content on social media and community channels.
• Manage Discord activities, events, announcements, discussions, and engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/content creators.
• Support and execute community events and campaigns online and offline.
• Appear on camera for live streams, videos, and promotional content as a Com2uS representative.
• Monitor community feedback and provide insights to improve player experience.
• Stay updated on social media trends and gaming communities.
