PT. Huabao Food Technology Indonesia is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Commodity Supply Chain professional to manage end-to-end activities for key ingredients such as fructose, palm oil, cocoa, cocoa powder, and sugar.

You will handle international trade, import documentation, and shipment coordination, while monitoring prices, costs, and inventory. The role requires strong Mandarin business communication, supplier negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration with global teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, commodity trading, procurement, or international trade.
• Experience handling commodities/food ingredients such as fructose, palm oil, cocoa, sugar, etc.
• Strong knowledge of international trade, import procedures, Incoterms, and landed-cost calculation.
• Mandarin Chinese for business communication; English is a plus.
• Strong sourcing, price comparison, cost analysis, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market movements and identify risks in price, supply, logistics, and inventory.
• Proficient in Excel for purchasing, inventory, cost, and shipment reporting.
• Strong coordination and independent work capability with multiple suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end supply chain management for key commodities and ingredients.
• Handle international trade, PO creation, shipment arrangements, import docs, and clearance coordination.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, China HQ, freight forwarders, brokers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Monitor prices, supply-demand trends, exchange rates, freight costs, and other cost drivers.
• Source suppliers, compare quotations, negotiate, and evaluate to ensure competitive costs.
• Prepare and review import documents like PO, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, certificates of origin.
• Track inventory, shipments, purchasing plans, and demand forecasts to minimize shortages or excess stock.
• Evaluate supplier performance on price, quality, delivery, and reliability; maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Regulatory teams on procurement needs.
• Provide regular reports on prices, purchasing status, shipments, inventory, landed costs, and risks.
• Independently manage daily commodity supply chain and international trade matters, reporting issues to management.
