amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in North Jakarta, Indonesia, seeks Head of Commercial Finance – Mandarin Speaker to lead financial business partnering across multiple units. The role drives commercial performance, pricing optimization, and governance, partnering with GMs, Finance Managers, and commercial teams to improve revenue and margins.

You will oversee feasibility studies for major investments, develop financial models, present to Mandarin-speaking executives, and mentor a small team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering.
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or high-volume commercial businesses is preferred.
• Strong experience collaborating with senior commercial stakeholders and BU leadership.
• Proven ability analyzing SKU profitability, margins, pricing, and trade performance.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and CapEx evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial financial performance and decision-support across multiple BUs and entities.
• Partner with General Managers, Finance Managers, Analysts, and commercial teams on decisions.
• Analyze product-level margins, SKU profitability, and channel performance for margin uplift.
• Develop and evaluate pricing models and strategies for existing and new products.
• Assess sales mix, customer profitability, and channel profitability for growth opportunities.
• Evaluate trade spend, promotions, retailer incentives, and promotional ROI across channels.
• Lead financial feasibility studies for major expansions and investments.
• Create financial models, scenarios, and ROI evaluations for projects.
