Job summary

CORUM is seeking an International Client Operations Manager to lead administrative oversight of subscription processes from Lisbon, Portugal, in an international environment. The role requires English and Portuguese fluency and close collaboration with commercial, compliance, legal, IT, and finance teams.

You will oversee regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and efficient process improvements across multiple markets, including coordination with partners and notaries.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Banking, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in Middle Office or Back Office operations in financial services is expected.
• Knowledge of the financial sector and/or real estate investment funds is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-level checks and validate subscription files from Portuguese and Dutch clients, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Carry out bank reconciliations for subscription payments (transfers, cheques).
• Conduct regular checks on subscription flows in collaboration with the IT team.
• Act as primary contact for partners regarding subscription follow-up and file completeness.
• Serve as main contact for notaries handling client share transfer requests and related documents.
• Manage setup and release of bank guarantees on client contracts.
• Validate requests for setting up options within client contracts (scheduled payments, dividend reinvestments).
• Verify client identity for substantial information changes.
• Handle contract lifecycle management: amendments, withdrawals, and data updates.
