TP is seeking a customer service professional in Yogyakarta who can communicate effectively in English and handle inquiries via chat, email, and phone. The role requires willingness to work a shifting 24/7 schedule, including weekends and public holidays, and to be based on-site in Yogyakarta.

Candidates must have customer service experience and be able to document interactions per SOPs, update customer profiles, and conduct satisfaction surveys.

Formación

• Experience in customer service is a MUST (Chat, Email, or Call).
• Fluent in English both written and reading (min. B2 Upper Intermediate).
• Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE 24/7 including Weekend and Public Holiday.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming chats, calls and respond to emails.
• Handle customer inquiries by chats.
• Handle customer inquiries by call.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Document information according to SOPs.
• Complete all chat logs.
• Update customer profiles in the system.
• Conduct customer surveys to assess service level.
