Job summary

Valeo North America Inc. is seeking a CoE Analyst/Specialist within Site Talent Development to support annual Shares4U campaigns and C&B processes. You will coordinate cross-country actions, validate employee eligibility with subsidiaries, and manage communications across multiple countries.

You will leverage HR analytics, budgeting, and advanced Excel skills to ensure accurate reporting and timely delivery of tools and updates for stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employee savings programs and HR processes.
• Experience coordinating cross-country campaigns and communications.
• Excellent Excel and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager on annual Shares4U capital increase campaigns.
• Coordinate actions with internal and external stakeholders and establish project plan.
• Animate the network of stakeholders during campaign stages.
• Validate eligible employee lists with local subsidiaries.
• Prepare and validate communication tools and deploy across countries.
