PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (Metland) is seeking a capable leader to supervise General Affairs, HR, Recruitment, and Legal functions at our West Java site (Kertajati). You will monitor permits, contracts, and compliance, and represent the company in legal proceedings.

Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment activities, HR administration, industrial relations, facility management, and inter-department reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law / Psychology / Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Experience in a property developer / Real Estate company is preferred.
• Strong in HR, Legal and GA function area: Legal, Land and Permit, Recruitment, General Affair, Industrial Relation, HR Policy and Procedures.
• Great leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations of General Affairs, HR, Recruitment, and Legal functions.
• Monitor legal documents, company permits, employment contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, selection, and manpower fulfillment.
• Responsible for HR Administration activities: attendance, employee data, headcount, turnover, HRIS, monthly reports, employee relation & communication, employee engagement, and retention.
• Industrial relations: conduct disciplinary actions against employees who violate company regulations or policies.
• Take care of facility management and office supplies.
• Coordinate with related departments and prepare operational reports for management.
