Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. in Indonesia seeks a documents administrator to manage, archive and update all corporate documents, including letters, certificates and land tax files.

You will prepare submissions to the National Land Agency (BPN) for certificate splitting and merging, handle requests for master/split certificates, and input data into the online system. Collaboration with Legal Consumer and marketing admin is essential.

Qualifications

• Document control and archiving experience is preferred.
• Ability to prepare and submit legal and land-related documents.
• Data entry and record-keeping for property certificates.

Responsibilities

• Manage, archive, and update all documents (incoming/outgoing letters, master certificate copies, land tax documents, etc.)
• Prepare applications (forms, company deed, measurement drawings, and other requirements) to the National Land Agency (BPN) for certificate splitting, merging, and extension processes
• Handle requests via phone or internal memos from the Legal Consumer department regarding master/split certificate copies for Deed of Sale and Purchase (AJB), and receive PPJB copies from marketing admin for land tax splitting
• Prepare and submit all documents for certificate splitting and merging for supervisor review before submission to BPN
• Input split certificate and land tax (PBB) data into the online system
