Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Property Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in estate management, property management, or township operations, with proven leadership experience.
• Prior experience managing an integrated township or self-contained city development is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of estate operations, infrastructure and facility maintenance, building quality standards, and contractor management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage operational budgets, and drive service quality and operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be placed in BSB City, Semarang.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall estate management operations, including infrastructure and facility maintenance, property upkeep, and residential unit handovers.
• Ensure residential units, common areas, infrastructure, and estate facilities meet established quality standards and company SOPs.
• Oversee maintenance planning, repairs, building defect management, and corrective actions to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Manage resident and tenant complaints, service requests, and emergency situations to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor operational plans, budgets, maintenance schedules, and performance standards to ensure cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Lead and develop the estate management team and oversee contractors and external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, safety requirements, and company policies.
