Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years in power plants or similar heavy industry.
• 2 years minimum experience at geothermal facilities.
• Good knowledge of process control and plant performance testing.
• Proficient in English, verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and evaluate plant performance in terms of efficiency, reliability, availability and cost.
• Review and recommend changes in operation and maintenance methods and design to maximize asset life and performance.
• Manage development and implementation of new projects for improved plant performance.
• Gather data with operations for annual plant capacity and performance testing.
• Analyze existing maintenance standards and benchmark against best practices.
• Investigate new technologies and materials to align with industry standards.
