Job summary

PT Medco Power Energi Services (MPES) in Kupang (NTT) seeks a qualified engineer to lead planning maintenance for all equipment, coordinating with supervisors, and assisting in spare part planning for maintenance schedules. The role covers RCFA coordination, plant performance monitoring, and enforcing Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.

Relocation to Kupang is required and a non-roster schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, or Chemistry.
• Understanding reliability maintenance.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in engineering specialist.

Responsibilities

• Planning Maintenance for all equipment in plan including Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
• Coordinate with All Supervisor regarding Condition or Finding during Maintenance implementation.
• Assist Manager for planning spare part purchasing for Maintenance schedule.
• Coordinate RCFA for power Plant condition.
• Monitor performance for plant equipment.
• Ensure that company policies and systems are clearly understood and implemented effectively and efficiently by each subordinate.
• Responsible for Security, Safety, Health and Environment of work area.
