Qualifications

• Proven background in geology within a mining company.
• Experience in exploration or mine geology.
• Familiarity with mining software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze usage data to determine trends indicating customers needing support.
• Contact Micromine customers to check license usage.
• Provide technical support to active Micromine license users.
• Document all support issues in the support management database.
• Escalate complex issues as required.
• Support delivery of training courses online and face-to-face.
• Ensure enhancement requests and bugs are documented.
