ZAP Group is seeking an AI Specialist to drive AI adoption across Marketing and Operations, delivering AI-powered solutions, automation, and workflows that boost performance and efficiency.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, IT, and other teams to translate business challenges into practical AI use cases, staying ahead of Generative AI trends and guiding teams on responsible tool usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Science/Business/Marketing required.
• Minimum 2 years in AI, automation, data analytics, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and workflow automation.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities where AI can improve marketing performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement AI-powered solutions, automation, and workflows to support business processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, IT, and other teams to translate challenges into AI solutions.
• Utilize AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, customer insights, data analysis, reporting, and processes.
• Develop and maintain AI prompts, workflows, and use cases tailored to business needs.
• Analyze data and generate actionable insights to support business and marketing decisions.
• Monitor effectiveness of AI implementations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide training and guidance to teams on responsible use of AI tools.
• Stay updated on developments in AI, automation, Generative AI, and emerging tech.
