Job summary

ASRI (a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group) is seeking an Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager for premium residential, office, and retail/mall properties in Jakarta. The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

The candidate should be able to coordinate fit-out works and be willing to be placed at District 8 (SCBD).

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager in premium residential, office, or retail/mall properties.
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of fit-out works, including civil renovation, finishing, space layout, safety regulations, and contractor coordination.
• Willing to be placed at District 8 (SCBD).
