Peoplyee in Tangerang seeks General Manager, Product Research and Development to lead R&D for rubber, paper, paint, and coating materials. You will design and review products with SolidWorks/AutoCAD/Solid Edge, plan testing, and drive new product development from concept to implementation.

Requirements include a Mechanical Engineering degree, 10+ years in automotive R&D, 5+ years in management at the current company, and business-level English (Mandarin preferred).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Business-level English; Mandarin preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in R&D/product development in automotive components.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in current company.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD or Solid Edge for design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead research, development, improvement, and modification of products involving rubber, paper, paint, and coating materials.
• Design and review products and engineering drawings using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Solid Edge.
• Plan and conduct product, material, performance, and quality testing.
• Lead new product development projects from concept to implementation.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate the Product Research and Development team.
• Analyze market trends and customer requirements to identify opportunities.
• Manage development costs, feasibility, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate activities with Production, Quality, Sales and suppliers.
