PT Parama Agung Karya is seeking a seasoned Finance Controller to oversee cost control, accounting, and tax activities, guiding forecasting and project budget calculations.

The role manages month-end and year-end closings, financial statements, tax reporting, audits, and policy development, while maintaining strong relationships with authorities and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 20 years in FAT & Cost Control with 15 years in managerial roles in Civil Construction/Government.
• Experience in cost accounting, negotiations with local tax offices, and using accounting systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director in cost control, financial accounting, and tax-related activities.
• Serve as Finance Controller, forecasting and cost calculations for project budgets.
• Oversee monthly and annual book closings and preparation of financial statements.
• Manage all tax reporting and liaise with government authorities for tax compliance and audits.
• Handle audit requirements related to accounting and taxation.
• Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and manage all operational aspects of finance and accounting.
• Analyze and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, cost control, tax strategies, budgeting, and inventory control.
• Manage cash flow to maintain a healthy financial position.
• Develop financial budgets and analyze results against budgets.
• Build relationships with tax auditors and internal/external stakeholders to safeguard interests.

Assist the Director in overseeing and managing all aspects of cost control, financial accounting, and tax-related activities.

Serve as Finance Controller, conducting forecasting and cost calculations for project budgets.

Oversee monthly and annual book closings, as well as the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.

Manage all tax reporting and coordinate with relevant government authorities regarding tax compliance and audits.

Handle all audit requirements (related to accounting and taxation).

Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures.

Prepare accurate financial statements and manage all operational aspects of finance and accounting.

Analyze, evaluate, and review financial statements and related processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Ensure the timely preparation of financial statements, cost control analysis, tax strategies, budget forecasting, and inventory control.

Manage cash flow to maintain a healthy financial position.

Develop financial budgets and analyze financial results against budgeted figures.

Build relationships with tax auditors, local financial authorities, and other internal and external stakeholders to safeguard the company’s interests.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance.

Minimum 20 years as GM FAT & Cost Control with 15 years as managerial function including in Civil Construction Goverment.

Experienced in cost accounting, doing negotiations with local tax office, and using accounting system.

Hard working, able to work under pressure, good leadership skills, smart, detail oriented.
