Pengiklan Anonim in Indonesia seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage the full scope of accounting activities for an international manufacturing operation. You will input and maintain entries, prepare vouchers, perform bank reconciliations, process invoices and payments, and compile monthly financial reports.

• Diploma degree (D3) in Accounting.
• 10+ years of experience in an international manufacturing company.
• Mandatory English communication skills (speaking and writing).
• Hands-on cost accounting experience (COGM/COGS).
• Hands-on ERP development experience in a new company.
• Hands-on FAT system development experience in an international manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full set of accounts, inputting and maintaining accounting entries, vouchers, bank reconciliations, invoices and payments, and monthly financial reports.
• Establish and implement finance-related internal controls in alignment with Group SOPs.
• Work with production team to support BOM setup and related costing processes.
• Liaise with tax agents to complete annual and regular tax filings.
• Handle year-end statutory audit; assist in year-end audit for group consolidation.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Handle full set of accounts on Manufacturing Company including inputting and maintaining accounting entries in the accounting system, preparation of vouchers, bank reconciliation, handling invoices and payments and prepare monthly financial reports;

Establish and implement finance-related internal controls in alignment with the Group’s operations and standard operating procedures

Work closely with production team to support the setup and maintenance of bill of materials (BOM) and related costing processes

Liaise with tax agents to complete annual and regular tax filing;

Handle year-end statutory audit;

Assist in year-end audit for group consolidation;

Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

QUALIFICATION :

Minimal Diploma Degree (D3) in Accounting,

Experience in an International Manufacturing Company minimal 10 years,

Mandatory English communication skill (Speaking and Writing),

Hands-On experience in Cost Accounting (COGM, COGS),

Hands-On experience in developing ERP in a new company,

Hands-On Experience in creating new FAT system in an international Manufacturing Company.
