Chery Indonesia is seeking a contract-based procurement administrator to manage end-to-end procurement and bidding processes, vendor sourcing, and evaluation.

You will create and process POs using SAP and manual systems, monitor invoices and payments, and prepare supplier agreements while maintaining accurate records.

Fresh graduates welcome; English proficiency required; MS Office and SAP familiarity is a plus; this is a contract-based role managed through a third party.

Chery Indonesia is the Indonesian subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a Chinese automotive company that specializes in manufacturing and distributing passenger vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement and bidding processes through the system, from vendor sourcing to evaluating the results.
• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately using SAP and manual systems.
• Manage and monitor invoice, payment & reconciliation requests through the internal system.
• Prepare, review, and administer supplier agreements through the system.
• Maintain professional supplier relationships and ensure purchasing administrative records are accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous internship or work experience in purchasing or procurement for marketing or logistics is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
