Job summary

Aksari Luxury Resort & Spa Ubud is seeking a General Accounting staff member to support financial operations on-site in Bali. The role requires a background in accounting/finance, with 1–2 years of experience, preferably in hospitality, and strong Excel skills.

The successful candidate will maintain ledgers, process payables/receivables, and assist in bank reconciliations, while upholding data accuracy and confidentiality. Fluency in English is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Familiar with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Able to prepare and maintain financial reports and accounting records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
• Good attention to detail and strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Able to manage documents and financial data accurately and systematically.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality in handling financial information.
