Job summary

Aksari Luxury Resort & Spa Ubud is seeking a General Accounting Staff to join our head office in Seminyak. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in hospitality.

You will handle accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations with attention to detail and integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Familiar with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Able to prepare and maintain financial reports and accounting records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality in handling financial information.
