Job summary

PT Trisco Tailored Apparel Manufacturing, based in Bandung, Indonesia, seeks an experienced QC Inspector to act as the eyes and hands of the buyer's quality function on the factory floor. You will perform final random inspections on finished garments, review in-line QC reports, and contribute to factory scorecards, driving measurable quality improvements across the region.

Qualifications

2+ years in garment quality inspection.
Understanding of garment construction and AQL.
Ability to read tech packs and garment specs.
Proficient in English for reporting; local language is a plus.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Perform final random inspections on finished goods using AQL and buyer criteria.
Document defects with photos and classify as critical/major/minor.
Review in-line QC reports for early risk identification and track performance.
Communicate inspection results to factory management and follow up on corrective actions.
Support factory improvement plans and Phase 2 development.
Assist with bulk fabric inspections and report issues.
