Job summary

PT Paramount Enterprise International in Tangerang seeks a Production Supervisor with a strong garment background. You will supervise production, ensure deadlines, conduct quality checks, and coordinate material readiness.

This on-site, full-time role requires 2+ years in garment production or senior merchandiser, a Fashion Design qualification, and leadership with keen attention to detail. Base location is Gading Serpong area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in garment production or senior merchandiser role.
• Strong leadership and time-management skills.
• Proficient in technical drawing using Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Supervise & monitor the production process to ensure best results and meeting deadlines.
• Quality check all the garments & production results.
• Creating catalogues based on production list & results.
• Responsible as PIC for sourcing blouse/shirt material samples, coordinating with relevant teams, and ensuring production readiness.
• Coordinate with purchasing team to prepare all the materials for the production.

• Excellent time management skills and exceptional leadership skills
• Willing to WFO full time in Gading Serpong area
