Job summary

Bali ELF, a Bali-based fashion brand, is seeking an organised Garment Department Manager to oversee order fulfilment, garment production, inventory, supplier coordination, and quality control.

The ideal candidate will proactively manage production timelines, communicate with factories and internal teams, and ensure quality standards across all garments before dispatch.

Qualifications

• Experience in garment production, apparel manufacturing, or a related operational role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the timely fulfilment of wholesale and retail orders.
• Plan and manage the timely production of new stock in line with business needs.
• Conduct regular monthly inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
• Coordinate closely with garment factories and tailors, maintaining clear and effective communication.
• Establish and maintain quality-control standards for the QC team.
• Ensure all garments are thoroughly inspected and meet the required quality standards before dispatch.
• Track production progress, identify potential delays, and follow up to keep deadlines on schedule.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on garment production, inventory, order fulfilment, and quality-control matters.

We are looking for an organised and experienced Garment Department Manager to oversee order fulfilment, garment production, inventory, supplier coordination, and quality control. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing production timelines and communicating with factories, tailors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the timely fulfilment of wholesale and retail orders.

About you

• Previous experience in garment production, apparel manufacturing, or a related operational role.
• Strong knowledge of garment-production processes and quality-control procedures.
• Good understanding of inventory and stock management.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
• Excellent organisation, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage several priorities, work independently, and follow through on deadlines.
• Professional working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English communication skills are an advantage.
