Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a gardener.
• Knowledge of tropical plant care, pruning techniques, and fertilizing.
• Ability to operate manual and machine gardening tools.
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in shifts.
• Honest, disciplined, tidy, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Basic English is a plus.

Job description

Maintain all gardens, plants, and landscaped areas so they are neat, healthy, and beautiful every day.

Water, fertilize, prune, and replace plants according to schedule and need.

Mow lawns and clear dry leaves, weeds, and organic waste from outdoor areas.

Manage pests and plant diseases using methods that are safe for guests and the environment.

Keep outdoor areas clean, including walkways, recovery areas, pool surroundings, and entrances.

Clean and maintain gardening tools and equipment, and report any damage.

Report landscape issues to the supervisor.

Assist with plant arrangements and green décor for events and special occasions.

Work quietly and courteously around guests to preserve the calm atmosphere of the sanctuary.

Requirements

Minimum 2 year of experience as a gardener, preferably at a hotel, villa, resort, or premium property.

Knowledge of tropical plant care, pruning techniques, and fertilizing.

Able to operate both manual and machine gardening tools (lawn mower, trimmer, etc.).

Physically fit, comfortable working outdoors, and willing to work in shifts.

Honest, disciplined, tidy, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Basic English is a plus.
