Job summary

Flip is seeking a Product Manager - Gaming to own the product strategy and roadmap for our Gaming business. You will translate customer needs and opportunities into impactful product experiences, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Business, and other Product teams to define priorities and measure impact.

You will lead OKRs, shape the roadmap, write PRDs, manage execution, and analyze product metrics to scale products in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Gaming is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management, owning strategy through execution.
• Proficient in PRDs and user stories with Agile/Scrum.
• Data-driven with metrics and decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.
• Gaming industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define, lead and execute a product strategy to achieve business goals by collaborating with other product teams and functions.
• Own OKRs and drive the roadmap for the team, ensuring alignment with product groups and other functions.
• Manage prioritization, product definition, execution, rollout and impact analysis for initiatives.
• Build crystal clear PRD and break down user requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
• Participate in and drive scrum activities like daily standup, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective and backlog grooming.
• Identify important metrics, build dashboards and analyze data to enable better decision making.
• Develop trusted relationships with engineering and business leaders to drive optimized product delivery.
