Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management with ownership of strategy.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, platform products, or enterprise software.
• Strong experience in SaaS pricing, monetization, packaging, or revenue model development.
• Proven ability to drive product discovery, define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and translate customer problems into successful product solutions.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills to assess opportunities based on value and impact.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution, aligning customer needs, technical capabilities, and business goals.
• Lead product discovery by identifying customer pain points and translating insights into requirements and solutions.
• Own product definition, prioritization, and decision-making.
• Develop and refine SaaS pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve value, adoption, retention, and revenue through data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver scalable product capabilities.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate direction and communicate product value; define success metrics and monitor performance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to other product team members.
