Job summary

FUSE GROUP is seeking a Gamification Visual Designer to craft engaging visual experiences for gamification initiatives across digital products. You will transform business objectives into game-inspired visuals to boost engagement, motivation, and retention.

This role focuses on visual design within a digital product environment, creating assets, UI elements, and prototypes that bring gamified features to life. Collaboration with PMs, engineers, and animators is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Information Engineering, HCI, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Game Design, Game UI Design, Visual Design, Product Design, or related creative roles.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
• Practical experience utilizing AI tools to enhance creativity and accelerate design workflows.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to transform abstract ideas into engaging user experiences.
• Experience creating prototypes, motion mockups, or animations to communicate design concepts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop the visual direction, art style, and concepts for gamification features aligned with product goals.
• Design high-quality game assets including characters, illustrations, environments, icons, rewards, badges, and UI elements.
• Create engaging UIs and interactive visuals for gamified experiences across web and mobile.
• Produce wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and motion concepts to communicate gameplay interactions.
• Build lightweight animations and prototypes to validate concepts before production.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Business teams, and Animators throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate requirements into visually appealing game experiences while maintaining brand identity and design system consistency.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation and iteration.
• Participate in design reviews and user feedback sessions to improve player experience.
• Stay updated with trends in gamification, interaction design, and AI-assisted workflows.
